Faulty Goods

All our products are guranteed against failure due to manufacturer and material defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Should any products suffer such a failure, the buyer will need to ruturn the products. The manufacturer will then inspect the products and at it's opinion decide whether,

A) to replace the products; or
B) repair the products; or
C) give the buyer a credit for the price paid for the product

In certain circumstances the manufacturer may decide that there is no default and return the products. In this circumstance the buyer may be liable for delivery cost's.

Such guarantee's do not apply to failure caused by misuse, damage or fair wear and tear.

If you wish to return products due to a fault then please email us at the address below with an explanation of reason's why you are returning the products. Please include the delivery note which contains the order number and your delivery details.

Returns

If you've received goods and are not satisfied with them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

-The goods are returned in brand new unused condition with all labels intact.
-You inform us via email (address below) of your wish to cancel within seven working days, starting the day after delivery.
-The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised.
-You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us, see below.
-Goods must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the goods with original packaging.
-Custom club orders, where the clubs are built to non-standard specifications, are excluded from this offer. Any club altered from the original manufacturer’s specifications voids this offer.

If returned goods are refused because the above criteria is not met, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.

A re-stocking charge may be applied. You will notified of this charge if it is apllicable.
